Montie Ford, Founder

Montie Ford has over 30 years of experience in the mental health care field and has previously served as the trainer and substance abuse counselor for the Family Centered Service of Alaska and as the chemical dependency counselor (CDC) for the state of Alaska. He has over 30 years of experience in the areas of de-escalation, crisis management, anger management, and physical control techniques.
